We will be open and honest in all of our dealings with our clients and our candidates; this includes total transparency on the margins we charge for contract work.
We will never entice a contractor, engaged at one of our clients, to leave a contract before its end date with a view to placing them with another client.
We will never approach an employee of one of our clients with a view to offering them alternative employment.
We will agree terms of business before embarking on any piece of permanent recruitment.
We will interview every candidate before submitting their details to a client.
